Terms of Service
Using this site
This website describes the roofing services of Piney Roof Co., a service-area roofing company based in Tomball, Texas. By using this site you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
Information, not a quote
The prices and ranges published on this site, including in the roof repair cost guide, are planning information drawn from common local jobs. They are not a quote, an estimate for your roof, or an offer to perform work at any stated price. A binding price for your roof is provided only in a written scope after an inspection.
The Repair or Replace finder
The finder tool on this site gives general guidance based on the answers you provide. It is not an inspection and does not diagnose your roof. Only an in-person inspection can do that.
Scheduling and communications
Submitting the form or calling the number on this site asks us to contact you about roofing services. Message and data rates may apply to text messages. You can opt out of further contact at any time by telling us.
Liability
We work to keep the information on this site accurate, but roofing conditions vary by house, material and storm history, and we do not warrant that published information fits your situation. To the extent allowed by Texas law, our liability arising from use of this site is limited to the greatest extent permitted.
Changes
We may update these terms; the current version will always be posted on this page. These terms were last updated in October 2026.
